Where can I buy your products? 
 
All our products are commercialized on our website.  

 

How do I know if an item is available?     

Stock availability is updated regularly. If an item is unavailable, it will be reflected on the product page.                 

 

Sustainability / Social consciousness:       

UnderSkin products are not tested in animals. Our packages are made from recycled materials.

 

How can I be added to the Underskin mailing list?

Sign up for our email newsletter. Once registered, you'll be able to receive emails about new skincare products, special promotions and exclusive offers for subscribers.

 

What’s your policy on shipping? 

We ship all over the world but the fees might vary. Shipping times between 2 and 4 working days. Shipping via CTT or Chronopost. 

 

Do you have a return policy? 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your UnderSkin purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 15 days of purchase.

Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by UnderSkin, unless there was a shipping error or product damage. Once the bottle/package is opened, we are not responsible for intentions of return.
